The Women of Size Fitness Classes are
taught by large women who are certified fitness instructors.
The classes are size friendly, with easily modifiable exercises.
These unique classes are designed for large to supersize women
and are taught through the Woman's Center for Wellness, a part
of Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. For more

Women of Size Water Aerobics
|

Taught every Monday and Wednesday from 6:35 p.m. - 7:35 p.m.
Our water aerobic workouts concentrate on non-rebounding
movements using a variety of equipment. We also work on
toning, balance, and flexibility, and all that in a fun
environment--the size friendly pool with steps and handrails for
easy accessibility.
What are you waiting for? Grab your
bathing suit or a snug t-shirt and shorts and jump in with the Women
of Size H2O class.

| Women of Size Yoga |

Taught every Tuesday from 7:05 p.m. - 8:05 p.m.
In the studio class we'll do yoga movements while sitting and standing.
Chairs and fit balls are also used. (Fit balls available
with up to a 600 lbs weight limit.)
